Project Uplift

Project Uplift is a FREE and voluntary program for adult tenants, 18 years or older, living at Fairview Apartments and Lakeland Terrace. Its purpose is to assist families in becoming financially independent of public assistance and become self-sufficient.

Project Uplift can help you identify and locate services within the community needed to attain self-sufficiency. Goal setting, money management and job skills training, homeownership counseling and transportation are also offered. Benefits include: community service credit, self-improvement, job placement, increased earnings and an escrow account.
